UK blood pressure charity, Blood Pressure UK is an operating name of the Blood Pressure Association (‘Blood Pressure Association’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) provides the services available on the Website. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration and/or placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Blood Pressure UK is the UK blood pressure charity, dedicated to raising the awareness of high blood pressure and its dangers, and to lowering the nation's blood pressure.
We are the supplier of the goods and services that are proven to help lower blood pressure or enhance a person's knowledge and understanding of their condition.

Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under UK law you must:
Register to use the Website
Be over 18 years of age
Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. (Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.)
Be the holder of a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
If your personal information changes, please notify us immediately at info@bloodpressureuk.org
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Language
This contract shall be concluded in English.
Orders
We only accept online orders for goods. Your order is an offer by you to purchase subject to these conditions.
You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the online order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an order acknowledgement by email to the address you supplied. This is neither an order confirmation nor an order acceptance from the Blood Pressure UK.
Please note that we only accept orders from the United Kingdom.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in the Cancellation procedure below, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you.
Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you have ordered is out of stock
The inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You are not meeting the eligibility criteria set out above.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email to advise you of this.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply any goods, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
If any of the goods are out of stock, we will endeavour to specify this on our website.
If, however, you place an order for goods which we subsequently discover to be out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you of this and to notify you of timescales for delivery of such goods.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Blood Pressure UK does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Once you have received the goods, you will assume all risks in the goods.
Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to Exercise your right of cancellation. Address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business - info@bloodpressureuk.org.
Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns procedure, as outlined on the Customer Information page. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.

Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel prior to order despatch, please email such notice to us at info@bloodpressureuk.org
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel after the order has already been despatched, please email such notice to us at info@bloodpressureuk.org.uk and follow the procedure set out in Returns and Refunds section of the Customer Information page.

Price
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and delivery charges (where applicable).
Prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packaging, details of which are provided in the Delivery section of the Customer Information page. If, by mistake, we have under-priced any of the goods, we will not be liable to supply those goods to you at the incorrect price, provided that we notify you before dispatch of the goods concerned.
We reserve the right at any time to vary the Price to reflect any increase in costs to us which is attributable to factors beyond our control; including, but not limited to, any variation in the cost of materials, transport, labour or other production costs, duties, taxes or any fluctuation in exchange rates. In the unlikely event of there being such an increase in the Price, we shall notify you of such increase prior to delivery and you shall be permitted to cancel the order (or part thereof) relating to such goods at any time prior to delivery without incurring any charges in respect of such cancellation.
We may from time to time offer discounts, special offers or promotions in relation to the Price or any of the goods. We will endeavour to specify the length of time for which such discounts, special offers or promotions will be available, but please note that these will be subject to stock availability.
Payment
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Ordering Information section of the Customer Information. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until fully payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including product description, appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
All images are supplied for illustrative purposes and the product may differ slightly in colour, size or shape.
Specifications
We reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the site including slight differences in colour, shade and size.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Refusal of Transaction
